Both new MG-series monitors from ASUS will offer 4K/UHD resolution and support for AMD's adaptive-sync technology, known as the FreeSync. According to known details, the MG24UQ is based on a 24-inch IPS panel witht 3840x2160 resolution.

On the other hand, ASUS MG28UG is based on a 28-inch TN panel, which wil offer better response time of 1ms and provide less motion blur and ghosting.

Both monitors will also feature DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 2.0 and HDMI 1.4 inputs as well as a USB 3.0 hub. Both will also come with a stand that will offer swivel, tilt, pivot and height adjustments.
