EK Water Blocks has expanded its XLC Predator line of all-in-one (AIO) liquid cooler with a new version, the EK-XLC Predator 240 with Quick Disconnect (QDC) as well as upgrades the entire lineup to revision 1.1.
While Quick Disconnect was already available in the XLC Predator lineup, it was only available with the EK-XLC Predator 360 version, but due to feedback from community and huge demand, EK Water Blocks has decided to include the Quick Disconnect, which is special connector which allows quick and tool-less expansion of the system without the need for draining the entire liquid cooling system is now available with the EK-XLC Predator 240 version as well.
In case you missed it back when it was launched, the EK-XLC Predator 240 is a premium grade, pre-filled and pre-assembled all-in-one (AIO) CPU liquid cooling system based on the Supremacy MX CPU water block, DDC pump and CoolStream PE 240mm radiator with the new Hovercore radiator de-coupling, paired up with EKWB's own Vardar fans and integrated Fan Splitter Hub.
EK Water Blocks also noted that all EK-XCL Predator AIO liquid coolers have now been upgraded to Revision 1.1, which features a completely new CPU mounting mechanism, which should make the installation of the EK-Supremacy MX block much easier as well as brings improved CPU socket compatibility as there is no need for the additional EK-XCL Predator LGA-2011 Screw Set.
The new EK-XLC Predator 240 QDC should be already available via EK Webshop and its Partner Reseller Network with a price set at €268.34.
