Until today only ASUS and Sapphire had custom Radeon R9 Fury graphics cards in their portfolio, but meanwhile also PowerColor has launch a custom version of this particular model. In a nutshell, the card comes with reference clocks and a custom cooler.
A closer look at the PowerColor Radeon R9 Fury reveals the cards appears to be based on a reference PCB, which has been combined with a powerful triple fan cooler but no factory overclocking. There are also six heatpipes measuring eight millimeter in diameter being routed through a large and dense fin stack. Each fo the fans measures 90 millimeter and we guess that this card - like the new PowerColor Radeon R9 390X - is capable of turning off the fans, when it is running in idle. We can also spot two eight pin power connectors. Regarding outputs there are three DisplayPorts and one HDMI header.
Unfortunately there is no information on pricing as of today. If we take a look at what the reference cards cost, we find them listed with prices starting at 589 Euro. Apart from that the Sapphire R9 Fury Tri-X OC costs 649 Euro. Keeping these prices in mind, we believe the final price of the PowerColor Radeon R9 Fury will be somewhere in that price range as well, but certainly not above or below it.
