ADATA launches SDXC UHS-I U3 SD cards

For up to 95/85 MB/s

ADATA Technology has announced the launch of its XPG and Premier Pro series of SDCX UHS-I Speed Class 3 (U3) SD memory cards. When compared to UHS-I U1 cards, the new XPG and Premier Pro series SD cards will offer a write performance increase of up to 750 and 500 percent, respectively.

The new SDXC UHS-I U3 SD memory cards comes as a results of demand for ultra-fine quality video and while 1920x1080 was recently enough, the 4K/UHD videos are the new black and as these not only require more space, they also require impressive performance. ADATA's new XPG and Premier Pro SDXC UHS-I U3 are specifically tailored for 4K2K ultra-high definition devices and can deliver transfer speeds of up to 95/85 MB/s and 95/60 MB/s, respectively.

The new ADATA SDXC UHS-I U3 XPG series will be available in 64GB capacity while the Premier Pro series one will be available in both 64GB and 128GB capacities. Both are backed by a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, ADATA did not reveal any details regarding the price.
