Inno3D is one of the first Nvidia AIC partners that has officially announced the new GTX Titan Black graphics card and to our surprise, they even went for a custom cooling solution with iChill Geforce GTX titan Black Accelero Hybrid graphics card which features an integrated air and liquid solution.
In addition to the iChill version of the GTX Titan Black with Accelero Hybrid cooler, Inno3D will also have a standard GTX Titan Black cooled by Nvidia's reference dual slot blower-style cooler. In case you missed it earlier, the GTX Titan Black is based on the same PCB design as the GTX 780 Ti graphics card so it is based on fully enabled 28nm GK110 GPU, packs 2880 CUDA cores, 240 TMUs and 48 ROPs but also features 6GB of GDDR5 memory paired up with a 384-bit memory interface as well as has full Double Precision Floating Point compute performance.
Unfortunately, Inno3D did not shed any light regarding the actual specifications, or to be precise GPU and memory clocks, for the iChill version of the GTX Titan Black. The reference cooled one should be clocked at 889MHz base and 980MHz Boost GPU clocks while 6GB of GDDR5 memory should be clocked at 7.0GHz.
Hopefully we will be able to dig out a bit more info regarding Inno3D's iChill version pretty soon.
