If you placed an order for Google's Chromecast on Amazon back in July, you might not be happy to hear, that you're shipment is going to arrive very late. Customers, who ordered Chromcast on the 26th of July, were told, that Amazon expects to receive the next shipment somewhen between the 18th of October to the 6th of November.

In the beginning Amazon said to their customers, that Chromecast will be shipped with a three to four week delay. Furhtermore there is another setback, since only orders, that were placed until 5:30pm PT, July 25th, 2013 benefit the three month free pormotion from Netflix. If you order Chromecast nowadays, the displays you a two to three month delay.

If you want to order Chromecast you can do it via Google Play for 35.00 US-Dollar and you'll have to wait between two and three weeks until you get your unit.
