According to a report at Digitimes.com, ASRock expects quite a big growth of shipments in this year that should rise from 7.7 million units in 2012 to 8.5 million during this year. This growth should bring quite a hefty profit and comes as a result from better mid-range and high-end model shipments as well as industrial PC and server motherboard markets.
ASRock seen a hefty revenue boost announcing consolidated revenues of US $30.72 million for May which is up by 34 percent when compared to the last month and up by 8 percent when compared to the last year. Although it seen quite a profit drop last year due to increased marketing expenses from IPC and server motherboard industries, the profits from those two markets are starting to pay off.
In any case, this looks like a great for ASRock, especially due to the fact that PC industry is not doing that well.
