In addition to new cases and new gaming peripherals, Corsair has also launched a new Vengeance Pro line of DDR3 memory that will be available in capacities of up to 64GB and frequencies of up to quite impressive 2933MHz. Aimed at PC overclockers, enthusiasts, and system builders, the new Vengeance Pro DDR3 lineup will deliver exceptional performance for recently launched Intel Haswell CPUs as well as previous Intel and AMD platforms.
Based on an eight-layer PCB and specially screened RAM ICs in order to achieve maximum potential and overclocking headroom, the new Vengeance Pro DDR3 line will feature XMP 1.3 profiles support and feature a quite good looking aluminum heat spreaders that will be available in black with silver, red, blue or gold accents.
Specs wise we are looking at unbuffered DDR3 SDRAM in 240-pin DIMM modules paired up with 44mm tall aluminum heatsinks. It will be available in 8GB, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB ( 2x4, 4x4, 2x8, 4x8, 8x8 ) kits, with 1600MHz, 1866MHz, 2133MHz, 2400MHz, 2666MHz, 2800MHz, 2933MHz (requires 4th Gen Intel Core processor) speeds.
Corsair also launched an optional Vengeance Pro airflow fan that features a single 60mm ball-bearing fan with variable speed from 2500RPM to 3500RPM and noise level of 21.0dBA at low speeds to 25 dBA at high speeds, fan life of 80,000hrs, variable mounting brackets adjustable between socket formats and replaceable fan shroud cover in red, blue and silver to match the memory kits.
The entire lineup should be already available immediately all around the world.
