HTC One will not get Nexus Edition

Reserved for Samsung Galaxy S4

The only device revealed during the Google I/O 2013 was actually the Google Galaxy S4, or simply a standard Galaxy S4 that will run stock Android rather than Samsung's own TouchWiz UI skin and, according to early info, it appears that HTC's One flagship will not receive the similar treatment.
Although HTC already offers a "developer edition" of the HTC One with an unlocked bootloader, the charm of having a Nexus device, or at least the device that Google stands behind, means that you will get all the latest updates as soon as they are released. Of course, some users would rather prefer TouchWiz or Sense but some also prefer the clean look of the Google's UI.

Nexus brand is quite a big seller and we are quite sure that Google Galaxy S4 will certainly sell well, especially if Google manage to get it to European shores as well. As for HTC One, it is still a good smartphone and Sense certainly has its appeal.
