Possible Galaxy Note III specifications leaked

5.99-inch screen, Exynos 5 Octa and 3GB of RAM

Judging by the latest leak from Mydrivers.com site, the upcoming Galaxy Note III might end up with a 5.99-inch screen, Exynos 5 Octa chipset supported by no less than 3GB of RAM.

Since we are way behind the launch of its Galaxy S4 flagship, it does not come as surprise that we can see some early rumors regarding Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note III phablet. According to the new rumor, the device should feature a 5.99-inch full HD touchscreen and the elusive Exynos 5410 Octa chipset with quad-core Cortex-A15 based CPU part clocked at 2GHz and quad-core A7-based one clocked at 1.7GHz. The hybrid, big.LITTLE Octa should be paired up with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space.

There is not much information and the leaked picture looks quite dodgy but according to info, it should also feature microSD card slot and run on Android 4.2.2 OS.

It appears that 2GB of RAM might not be the high-end offer for much longer.
