In cooperation with ASUS Switzerland, Marc Voser (Besi) and ocaholic decided to launch an absolutely exciting modding project. Today, Besi has spent some hours in front of his computer, making the first CAD drawing.

The idea behind this project is to create a high end gaming PC which is based on an ASUS mATX motherboard. To finally get enough gaming performance we're using a GTX 590 graphics card. In this case the resulting PC will be able to power a 3D Vision setup. Together with ASUS the plan is to use the following components:

• Motherboard: ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z
• Processor: Intel Core i7-2600K
• Memory: Corsair Dominator GT 4 x 4 GByte
• Graphics card: ASUS GTX 590
• SSD: Corsair Force GT 240 GByte
• Power Supply: Corsair Professional Series Gold AX850
• Cooling: Water cooling

Until now we haven't finalized everything. We're still in the planning phase. For example: the project still needs a name! If you have a great idea, please let us know and probably the project gets your name!
