ASRock is rolling out a newer BIOS update which addresses the latest Intel security bug. Since the Intel's previous fix proved to be problematic for several users, ASRock is rolling out another version.
With the previous fix many users have found their systems rebooting and bricking unexpectedly. Due to the continued updates, not many users are happy with how Intel is handling the situation. According to some users, Intel is making the entire fix needlessly complicated. Luckly Intel has found the cause of the reboot issue and they are working for a fix.
ASRock and other partners are closely working with Intel in order to fix all the issues. According to Intel, they will release BIOS updates for the latest Z370 and X299 boards, but for the previous 8/9/100/200/X99 series as well.
