Sharkoon has announced the S1000 series of cases, which include two mid-tower with a very clean design. Both cases are almost identical, the only main difference is the side panels. While the windowed one comes with a big acrylic window, the standard one sports a more simple side panel.
The S1000 is a mid-tower chassis that's been made from steel and ABS plastic. The S1000 measures 452 x 210 x 405mm and classifies as a mid-tower. The top and the front faceplate share a simple design, while the left panel is available in two options. On the inside there is space for micro-ATX or mini-ITX motherboards. Cooling wise there isn't much space available due to the size of the case. For example you can install up to three small (120mm) radiators. In addition there is enough space for mid-range tower coolers, which can measure up to 155mm in height.
The internal layout is overall simple and straightforward, you can install up to two HDDs or two SSDs. At the front of the case, there are two USB 3.0 ports, as well as standard HD audio jacks, alongside power and reset switches.
According to Sharkoon, the MSRP for this chassis is 39.90 Euro for the standard version and 44.90 Euro for the windowed version.
