ASUS has unveiled their ROG Strix GTX 1080 Ti Assassin's Creed Origins Edition graphics card, which is based on the flagship chip from NVIDIA. This card sports a brown and gold shroud paired with a backplate that has been decorated with hieroglyphs.
The ROG Strix GTX 1080 Ti Assassin's Creed Origins Edition features a custom PCB with a 10+2 phase power design and a triple-fan cooler. The heat sink comes with a dense aluminum fin stack and several heatpipes. The metal shroud has been painted brown with copper accents and on the flipside there is a good looking backplate with hieroglyphs. Since the latest enthusiast grade ASUS components have been equipped with an armada of LEDs for RGB lighting, this particular card is no different and comes with RGB LEDs on both sides.
Although in the past the high-end ASUS graphics cards always came with substantial factory overclocks, this model sports reference clocks. Apart from that, the card comes with three DisplayPort 1.4 connectors, one HDMI 2.0 and also a DVI port.
As of today there is no date available when this card will hit the shelves of your local retailer. Due to the special paint job, we expect to see a premium price.
