A few weeks ago we reported that Microsoft Windows 10 Fall Creators Update will be available earlier this week. Alongside the OS update, Microsoft has implemented a new anti-cheat system that is called TruePlay. Windows 10 Fall Creators Update will include new gaming modes such as mixer broadcasting and a greater hardware monitoring in Task Manager.


According to Microsoft, TruePlay will do data collection and will alert when cheating behaviour is detected. The process will do a second check in order to not create false positive alerts. False positives will be not shared with developers. TruePlay is not mandatory and can be switched off. In addition the software developer will decide which gaming features are allowed out of the cheat protection system.

In addition Microsoft is going to integrate eye-tracking support into Windows, improving the user experience for people with disorders like Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's disease). Microsoft is also improving Windows Inking (apparently renamed from Windows Ink), Defender, OneDrive and Photos app. If you want to make sure you have the latest version as soon as possible, we suggest to hit the Microsoft's download page.
