Lian Li has announced that their motorized DK-05 desk is finally available for a rather substantial $2099.99 US. The desk features height adjustments from 69cm all the way up to 118cm, which would allow for using it as a standing desk. In typical Lian Li fashion the desk is made from aluminum and it comes with a tempered glass panel.



Diving a little bit deeper into the details there are two motherboard trays for extended ATX PCBs allowing for creating high-performance workstations. Each tray comes with eight slot bezels, a holder for the power supply and two 2.5’’ drives.

When it comes to cooling there is the possibility to create extensive custom loops using one 480mm and up to three 360mm radiators. Therefore there is more than enough cooling capacity for any kind of system. There are also pre-drilled mounting holes for pumps and reservoirs, which makes the building process a little bit more comfortable.

In our opinion this looks like one of the more interesting desk PCs from Lian Li. One reason for this are the dimensions with the table being 1400mm wide, 689mm to 1175mm high and 780mm deep. Quite a number of desks that were launched before were considerably smaller. Apart from that it’s great to see the height adjustability, which allows for great ergonomics.

Unfortunately, as we already mentioned, this desk is absolutely no bargain. At the price of $2099.99 US you’d be standing before a serious investment if you wanted to buy one of these bad boys. But in that case you’d also have the possibility to put two high-end systems into it, which would also set you back a significant amount of money.
