TWith their Neptune series Colorful now also have liquid cooled graphics cards in their portfolio. The first model is based on the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti and goes by the name iGame GTX1080Ti Neptune W. Unlike other water cooled graphics cards, the iGame GTX1080Ti Neptune W comes with a 240mm radiator included in the bundle.
As we mentioned before, the iGame GTX1080Ti Neptune W has been equipped with an AiO cooler featuring a 240mm radiator. Usually these “Hybrid” cards are based on a reference PCB but there is no precise information on that yet. The waterblock base and the pipes are built from copper. Furthermore there is an aluminum plate that improve the cards integrity and helps with cooling to a certain extent.
A quick look at the clock speeds reveals that the factory-overclocked iGame GTX1080Ti Neptune W works with 1594MHz/1708MHz Core/Boost clocks, while the GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition is set to 1480MHz/1582MHz Core/Boost frequencies. In addition Colorful has overclocked the memory up to 11 Gbps. Due to the capable cooler and the factory overclock, the iGame GTX1080Ti Neptune W should be a very well performing graphics card.
In the case of power connectors there are two 8-pin PCIe power inlets. So far Colorful has not revealed details on pricing and availability on their iGame GTX1080Ti Neptune W but we are sure we will get to know more during upcoming weeks.
