Microsoft has released the system requirements for Forza Motorsport 7 and it looks like compared to Forza Horizons 3 it won’t be that heavy on the hardware anymore. This is pretty good news for the more casual gaming community out there.


Forza Motorsport 7 will hit 60FPS on the Xbox One and Xbox One X, which is twice the framerate of Forza Horizons 3. According to the details released in the Windows 10 Store, Forza Motorsport 7 requires at least an Intel Core i5-750 processor with a NVIDIA GTX 650 or AMD R7 250X. Furthermore you will need 8GB of memory installed in your system.

However if you want a smoother gaming experience, Microsoft suggest to use an Intel Core i5-4460 processor in combination with a NVIDIA GTX 670 or GTX 1050 Ti. To put things into perspective, the game's developers recommended a GTX 1060 or a Radeon RX 480 graphics cards in the case of Forza Horizons 3.

Forza Motorsport 7 is going to be released by October 3rd for Xbox One and Windows 10. The version for the Xbox One X is going to be available by November 7th.
