A few weeks ago EK Water Blocks announced, that the “old” Titan X Pascal full-cover GPU block is compatible with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition. Meanwhile the guys from Slowakia have been working on a proper specific block for the GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition, which can makes the card single-slot compatible due to a single slot bezel, which is included in the delivery.



Since the NVIDIA Titan X Pascal and the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition are based on the same layout not much had to be changed on this particular block. EK Water Blocks decided to craft a new terminal, which presents the GeFroce GTX 1080 Ti and the EK logo nicely. Apart from that the logo and the writing can be backlit using LEDs.

Since all the full-cover blocks from EK Water Blocks are single-slot compatible and the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition only features one line of display connectors, EK packs a single-slot bezel in the delivery. This allows you to convert your GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition into a single-slot card.

Looking at pricing and availability we also see that there are the usual different version. There is the variant with a nickel block and a plexi face-plate and another with a nickel base and a black acetal face-plate. Both blocks retails for 119.95€. Apart from that there is a black backplate für 29.95€ and a nickel backplate for 37.95€ listed in the EK webshop.
