Inno3D announces two GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

Both with reference PCB

Inno3D has launched two new graphics cards which are based on the new flagship chip from NVIDIA. Right after the announcement of the GTX 1080 Ti iChill X3 and X4, Inno3D unveils two additional graphics cards. The GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GAMING OC and the Twin X2. Both models feature a reference design and a custom heatsink.

The GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GAMING OC and the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Twin X2 graphics cards share a similar design. These two cards feature a dual fan cooler that is supposed to deliver good cooling performance.

The heat sink comes with a dense aluminum fin stack and several heatpipes. The metal shroud has been painted black and on the flipside there is a good looking backplate. What's interesting about the GTX 1080 Ti Twin X2 is the packaging since the box reports "Founders Edition" although this card is clearly comes with a custom cooler. Furthermore there is the DVI port which has been removed from the reference design cards in order to improve cooling in combination with the reference cooler. Therefore the the PCB has been slightly customized by Inno3D.

Regarding connectors we find the usual three DisplayPorts 1.4, one HDMI 2.0b connector and one dual-link DVI port. Although the folks over at Videocardz didn't mention any details about the clocks, we believe that both models will use reference clocks and maybe a slight overclock on the OC model. Inno3D has already shown custom models with substantial factory overclocks and we don’t believe that they will add more models in this category. So far Inno3D has not revealed details on pricing and availability however both cards should become available during next weeks.
