The guys from LinusTechTips have token few shots of upcoming AMD Vega 10 graphics card during the CES 2017. The GPU used during the show is a pre-production model which also feature an additional PCB for monitor all the signals. Although there aren't many details about the graphics card, we can already guess some specification.


First of all the graphics card has been equipped with a dual-slot air cooler that looks similar to the previous generation. On the back of the PCB we don't see any additional chip, like GDDR5 or GDDR5X, which confirms that this GPU is HBM based. Sadly, AMD has covered the rear part of the GPU in order to hide the power connectors.

As mentioned before, the engeneering sample pictured during CES 2017 feature addional ports. According to Raja Koduri, the additional port, which is marked in blue, is only for pre-production samples and it will not be present in AMD retail Vega GPUs. AMD also said that AIB partners will prepare small ITX boards based on Vega GPU, so we will see soon also smaller Vega 10 graphics card.

So far AMD has not revealed details on pricing and availability on their Vega graphics card but it should be available before the next summer.
