Nvidia releases new Geforce 368.81 WHQL drivers

Game and VR Ready drivers

Nvidia has released its newest Geforce graphics card drivers, the Geforce 368.81 WHQL, which are pretty much focused on virtual reality, but also bring some significant fixes.

According to the release notes, the new Geforce 368.81 WHQL drivers are all about virtual reality as these bring performance improvements and optimal experience for new and upcoming VR titles like the Nvidia VR Funhouse, Everest VR, Obduction, Raw Data and the Assembly.

In addition to the virtual reality games, the new Geforce 368.81 WHQL drivers also bring Ansel support in Mirror's Edge Catalyst as well as a single SLI profile for Obduction.

The fixes are also about VR and include the fix for an issue with Pascal-based graphics cards and GPU Boost in VR games as well as a fix for the issue with HTC Vive VR headset and DisplayPort outputs. There are also a couple of other fixes, including issue with corruption seen when booting on DVI at or above 330MHz pixel clock and 80Hz refresh rate, which was also noticed on certain GP104 Pascal-based graphics cards.

As it was the case with previous driver releases, this one is also available for Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 OS in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions and can be found over at Nvidia driver support page via link below.
