While AMD apparently did talk about its Polaris GPU at CES 2016 show, the same chip has been spotted on Zauba, which means that these have been shipping between AMD's different facilities.
Based on a 14nm manufacturing process, the Polaris GPU has been spotted as two different SKUs, the C980 and the C981/C982. Both chips have been seen shipped from and to different facilities and have FOC suffix, which is believed to mean Full Operation Capacity.
These chips might be the ones that AMD has been showing off to members of the press at CES 2016 and during its special press event earlier.
AMD has just recently officially announced its Polaris GPU and Radeon Technology Group is promising some impressive things, including significant performance per watt improvement so we hope that AMD can keep with its mid-2016 launch schedule.
