Currently referred internally by Microsoft as Threshold 2, the next big update for Windows 10 OS will be coming in early November and will bring some major changes, according to the new report.
According to a report from The Verge, the update will bring plenty of fixes, improvements and user interface changes that were meant to be included in the final release but were delayed for various reasons.
The list of changes is said to include an extra column of live tiles in the Start Menu, darker title bars, smaller context menus for mouse usage, various Cortana improvements, Edge improvements, improved Media Creation Tool and native Skype calling and messaging.
Unfortunately, the report also suggest that Microsoft's Edge browser will not be getting extension support as this update has been delayed for the next year.
The update should be available in early November and Microsoft might label it as the Windows 10 Fall Update.
