Patriot has announced its newest Viper 4 series DDR4 memory dual-channel kit that will be now available in 3600MHz version.

Designed for Intel's latest Skylake CPUs and Intel 100-series chipsets, the new Viper 4 DDR4 memory kit will work at 3600MHz with 17-18-18-36 latency at 1.35V. This is currently the fastest DDR4 memory kit in Patriot's lineup since the launch of the 3400MHz dual-channel kit released earlier in September.

In case you missed it earlier, Patriot's Viper 4 series was launched back in January this year and was available in 16GB and 32GB quad-channel kits ranging from 2400MHz to 3000MHz at 1.2V to 1.35V. The newest Viper 4 3600MHz memory kit will be available as an 8GB (2x4GB) kit.

As it was the case with the rest of Patriot's memory lineup, the new dual-channel DDR4 Viper 4 3600MHz 8GB kit will also be backed by a lifetime warranty.

According to Patriot, the new Viper 4 DDR4 8GB dual-channel kit should be available worldwide as of today with a price set at US $169.99.
