In order to do so you access Windows Update the latest version will automatically be installed. Apart from that you can also look for the update yourself. For that you go to Start -> Settings -> Updates & Security -> Windows Update -> Check for Updates. According to a Tweet from Gabriel Aul, who is in charge of the Windows Insider program, there will be no ISO file for download with the RTM build.
Gabriel Aul also created a blog entry on the build 10240, but he didn't mention at all whether this is going to be the final version or not. Regarding the latest changes, especially the new browser Edge should have become quite a bit quicker. The new browswer should be fast enough that Chrom and Safari are slower in benchmarks like Sunspider, Octane and Jet Stream.
No matter if build 10240 is the actual final build or not, it can only take another few days until the version of Windows 10, which will go on sale 29th of July, is going to surface.
