AMD releases new Fixer video

Marketing machine starts spinning

AMD has been releasing The Fixer videos for quite some time and now, in the middle of the recent Geforce GTX 970 memory issues, AMD has decided to release third video, which takes a neat marketing move against Nvidia.

You might like or dislike AMD's The Fixer videos but these are apparently here to stay, as AMD marketing machine kicked into life again launching yet another video that obviously takes a stab at Nvidia's recent problems and issues regarding memory on the Geforce GTX 970 graphics card.

AMD already dropped the price of its Radeon R9 290X in order to take as much advantage as possible over Nvidia's recent GTX 970 memory issues.

The video is also called "The Fixe3R" which might suggest that AMD wants to tease the upcoming Radeon 300 series graphics cards, which we will hopefully see soon.

In any case, the video is here and AMD was quite keen to tease it on Twitter with a neat "I Want 4GB" competition, offering an R9 290X graphics card that really has 4GB of memory, according to AMD.
