Sharkoon unveiled two new PC cases, for mini ITX and micro ATX motherboards. They are both already available on the market, and they are respectively name CA-I and CA-M.
At this time of the year we often see a great number of new products, and Sharkoon doesn't want to be left behind: they presented two aluminum case for small form factors systems, one for mini ITX motherboards and the other for micro ATX boards.
The first one is the CA-I. It measures 213x225x259mm, it weighs 1.5kg and it can fit mini ITX motherboards. It can also fit one 3.5” and one 2.5” drives, or two 2.5” drives. As far as ventilation is concerned, it features a pre installed 120mm fan on the top, and it can fit an optional 60mm fan in the back. Due to its reduced size, the GPU can't be longer than 205mm, the CPU heatsink height can be over 105mm, while the PSU must be shorter than 180mm. Connectivity wise, we have the Power button, two USB 2.0 and audio jacks on the front panel, while there are 2 additional USB 3.0 ports on the top panel. It's available in 2 different colors, black and silver, for 41.99€.
The CA-M is slightly bigger, it measures 270x225x285mm, it weighs 1.8kg and it can fit micro ATX motherboard. You can either install two 3.5” or 2.5” drives. As we've already seen on the CA-I, the CPU heatsink in the CA-M can't be higher than 105mm due to the position of the PSU. The latter can be as long as 230mm, while the GPU can go as long as 250mm. The ventilation is the same we've seen on the CA-I, but you can add another optional 60mm fan in the back. The CA-M looks a lot like the CA-I, and even the price is quite similar, since it's sold for 44.99€.
