Project Vulture Red Flakes #1
Resized Image

After some projects (which were presented here at Ocaholic = thank you ) its time for exclusive, sponsored and finally the self-presentation project what we do and what we are into. The project for this purpose has been planned for a long period, unfortunately because of work on 5 intensive projects (and of course other things) we cant start...till the time when company EK Water Blocks sent a limited edition PC case EKWB Vulture (20 / 50), which is primarily intended and designed to projects with watercooling. With that we had basic for presentation project.

As the limited Vulture case from EKWB really wants the best - we decided to sponsorship basic HW parts, also watercooling parts.Lot of parts will be done by us (Tiché PC) – special cables (on Gosumodz material), watercooling parts and other small things.

The main purpose of this project is presentation of water cooling and modding for basic people on Slovakian / Czech shows (in Slovakia its called IT EXPO show) and also presentation of sponsors and our company too.

Normally the Vulture case from EKWB is completely black – for the shows its better another color or such combination of colors which people will not overlook.I decided to use special paint called red flakes / special holographic red paint. For this I started to search for skilled painter – the name of such skilled man was given to me by Filip from L4 Mods (user L4mka here on forums = thank you) – Richter Design Airbrush.

SPONZORS

Space for companies that sponsor the project (wholly, or part). Thank you.

ACTUAL STATE

Actually we finished special paint and airbursh of case. The basic color was black - case was first painted entirely in white, then on the marked parts were applied holographic red glitters and finally layers of paint. On the right side of panel before final painting with airbrush technique was created a dragon from MSI Gaming products. The results is a truly superb painting work.

Re: Project Vulture Red Flakes #4
So there's another update on project. As part of the free time that remains (many projects for clients, custom sets sponsored by us for Modders a lot of other things) we managed on project the following things:

- delid processor Intel 4790K + Gelid GC-Extreme 3 - we didnt used liquid metal thermal paste because the project it is not about extreme overclocking.
- installation of CPU block EK Water Blocks EK-Supremacy EVO - Nickel Plexi
- installation of GPU block EK Water Blocks EK-FC970 GTX TF5 TFX - Nickel plexi
- installation of GPU backplate EK Water Blocks EK-FC970 GTX TF5 TFX - Nickel
- installation of RAM block EK Water Blocks EK-RAM Monarch X2 - Nickel for Memory Corsair Dominator GT 2x4GB 2000Mhz DDR3 (we originally wanted to use EK-RAM plates, but the original sticker on original memory passives with triple combination of selected colors red, black and white was much better)
- installation of 6 pieces fans EK Water Blocks Vardar F4-120ER (2200rpm) and radiator EK Water Blocks PE 360
- Installation of motherboard and graphics card in Vulture case
- Installation of a radiator + fan combo in Vulture case
- Installation of 2 pieces EK Water Blocks Universal Holders - we used them as holders for expansion tank holders from white acetal
- installation of water pump EK Water Blocks EK-D5 Vario along with hot hard to reach TOP from white Acetal -> EK Water Blocks EK-D5 TOP CSQ White Acetal.
- Finally - nearly three-hour marathon to design and test water circuit so there will be in finall a nice, straight tubes, not only from the front but also from the side.

In the next update we will use Gosumodz special, red nickel-plated washers under the screws for motherboard. Then will install plexi panel from white plexiglass that separates the lower chamber where is the power supply from the rest. Then we will istall fittings / adapters and we make own custom cables for (combination has been selected), pump and other cables either case or fans.
