Finally ... here the promised pics :O

As you can see the pump/res combo is on top of the PSU. Apart from that it's very crowded on this side of the case. I also had to remove the HDD cage to make everything fit. Maybe another possibility to put place a pump/res combo is with one of these mountings, which you can screw to fans or the radiator. In that case pump/res would not interfere with the HDD/SSD cage.

That is really a tight fit, I beginning to worry as I bough EK-XRES 140 D5 which is much bigger.

Can you explain why you could not fit the 60 mm radiator? Was it hitting the PSU or did it block the holes between the compartments?
It the PSU is blocking then maybe a shorter PSU could make room for a 70 mm radiator? The Seasonic is 192 mm long, and a Fractal Design Newton R3 is only 165 mm.

Could you not fit the EK-XRES 140 D5 in the primary compartment? Like http://www.lian-li.com/tw/files/2015/04/o8-f-21.jpg

Depth wise there is enough space for a 60mm rad. That is not the problem. I couldn't fit the 60mm one because it was too long and the case not high enough.

Isn't both alphacool and ek is 400 mm long (at least on paper)? Is it because you have to tilt the radiator to get it in that you could fit a 45mm and not a 70 mm radiator? (it looks like there is a small edge on the side that limits the height.)

I was able to fit an EK-CoolStream RAD XT 360 Radiator which measures 398 x 123 x 47mm. But even this radiator needs to be force in place. The depth of the rad is not the problem, but the height is and 400mm is 2mm too much. I wasn't able to fix it using the screws, which pass through the fans from the front.

Regarding your suggestion for reservoir placement: sure that is possible. There is plenty of space. But I didn't do that because I didn't want to have another part in the main compartment, since to me it then looks to crowded.

Lian Li writes on their Facebook page that PC-O8 will fit EKWB radiators that are 400 mm. Could it be that your early case is smaller than the latest procution? We can hope so. Making a cabinet 398 mm height when most 360 radiators are 400 mm is not the most clever decision.

All I can tell you is that I couldn't fit the Alphacool rad and I was barely able to fit the EK one I mentioned. I also hope that what I received is an early sample. But honestly, I don't think so ...
