New bios available!

1. Improve M.2 compatibility.
2. Improve PCIE card and DRAM compatibility.
3. Add NVME support

Aw: X99 restart alone #22
Also my X99 Deluxe from ASUS keeps restarting ... but that could also be an issue, which is related to Windows 10.

Little update.. I tested my LPX on another mobo with another CPU and well, everything works. I was able to set XMP1 and XMP2 without any issue and with the right voltages. So or is the CPU or is the mobo/bios.

On OCN, in ASRock Club, I have seen someone other with the same weird issue and I think is bad profile on bios.
