In all seriousness, I would go along the lines of what I have: A power sub with internal crossover.So L+R full range channels go into the back of your sub, and the crossover in there send the correct freqs to the 'satellites' (lol, they're the biggest satellites evar) and the low range remains sub side.
you can usually adjust the crossover freq on the sub too, to find the perfect balance and resonance

Well, yeah, that's basically what this little baby can do. Other than that I don't really want to pay more than CHF 500.- on a sub but I still want to get something decent that cranks out quite a puch when you give it the Beans. Along with the sub I'm going to order two sets of XLR cables, since I should finally start using these bloody balanced in/outs.
