Re: Hellfire-PC - Cosmos II Build #11
The painting process was to say the least, the most exhausting point during this entire build. The amount of prep-work and man hours invested into it is staggering. With all the sanding and buffing it seemed endless, but the end result was well worth the effort.

We used PPG Gloss black and PPG Inferno Red w/ a pearl.

Re: Hellfire-PC - Comsos II Build #13
After everything was painted it was time to put everything back together. We started with the base of the case and worked our way up.

The paint job is excellent. I once painted a case too and it took me an entire week-end to do it right. It just takes ages to do a great mod.

I love the way you did the tubing with the waterblocks. It looks very neat and very well done!

Btw I love this pic:

Re: Hellfire-PC - Cosmos II Build #17
We made a light mod for the middle panel. We used a red LED and an acrylic panel to make it.
We buffed it with 10000 grit sand paper and then buffed it with an electric buffer to get it crystal clear.
The idea hear was to have the acrylic panel illuminate the case by refracting the light running through it.

HDD Drives? Um, yes!

On the middle panel we decided to install the SSD's - mainly to have them stand out & they fit like a glove.

Then there was the REVO drive...

People have asked us "why so much memory" - well our answer is simple -RAMDISK! Ever heard of it? You should. We will have a 32GB Ramdisk Array in this build and expect transfer speeds of 7K Mb/S or better with it.
