Assembling the acrylic for the custom front panel. This will resemble the armor suit chest.

Adding more details to the front panel. I scrapped my original idea for the front and used mesh grill instead, got this from another case though.






I made small incisions on the plastic for the locking tabs to secure the mesh in place.






Testing to see the how the acrylic armor plates pair up with the mesh.

did a quick photo shoot of all the bolt on components just to check.
