Up for review today I’ve got something unique to help you keep your CPU Cool even under overclocking conditions. Water cooling can be a hassle if you do it yourself, but in the end it’s well worth as we all know liquid is better than air. Thermaltake recently announced the Water2.0 LCS or Liquid Cooling System and they released three versions, one of which I have today the Pro version. This little LCS is fairly simple to install and it offers excellent performance for a fairly low price.

In this day and age, computers are becoming more and more advanced and the cooling products we need have to do the same thing. The days of small air coolers are behind us, and Thermaltake has recognized that and brought forth a worthy solution with the Water 2.0 series. Without being large and loud this cooler is able to compete...

So it seems I’m doing a few cooling related reviews lately so I figured I’d toss another in the mix. Today for review I’ve got the latest product from Thermaltake called the WATER2.0 Performer All-In-One LCS. The LCS there means Liquid Cooling System, and that’s what it is, an all-in-one closed loop cooling system to keep your CPU running cool and quiet. The Performer LCS offers cooling by liquid but without the hassles of setting one up yourself. The Performer is well made and it offers decent cooling performance for the price

Closed loop water cooling is the big topic of the cooling world right now. The newest entrant into that scene is Thermaltake with their Water 2.0 series. Today we take a look at the Pro model, with an extra thick 120mm radiator. But will it stand up to a comparable high-end air cooler?

As hardware enthusiasts we are always looking for better and more efficient ways to keep our systems cool. In the early days this usually included things like elaborate case mods to increase chassis cooling and exotic hardware cooling methods such as powerful CPU fans and even, the often mis-understood, watercooling loops.

Visit   Corsair Hydro H100 Self Contained Watercooling Heatsink Review
Last Update 2012/5/18 22:34
Category  Affiliates arrow Watercooling
banner Description
The Hydro H100 heatsink ships fully assembled, filled with a propylene glycol based coolant and plumbed. The waterblock is connected by 24cm of flexible FEP tubing to the heat exchanger which measures about 274x120x25mm in size. Two 120mm fans are included, these operate at 2600-1300RPM and create a fair bit of noise at full tilt. Corsair's Hydro H100 is a no fuss, self contained CPU liquid cooling solution for use on Intel socket LGA2011/1366/1155/1156/775 and AMD socket AM3/AM2/FM1 processors.
