Description
Overall, the Callpod Keeper is a pretty solid product. I wish I knew more about what military-grade security means, but I’m going to go ahead and assume that the software provides a serious level of safety. I trust Keeper is like a fine seven-foot-thick steel wall of stanch iron between my precious passwords and Little Johnny Jimbo the laptop thief. Things like the auto-logout and self-destruct features are great tools for keeping unwanted guests out of your password log, and the software’s means of filing and storing your information couldn’t be more straightforward and user-friendly.

Description
This popped up a little out of nowhere. To be honest with how late we got the 11.10 Catalyst drivers from AMD last month, I'd figure we'd probably be getting these ones at the last minute as well. At the same time, it doesn't surprise me too much, though, that we're seeing them in the middle of the month.

I shouldn't be doing this at the moment; instead I should be packing for my holidays, but after discovering that we haven't missed a Catalyst Driver Analysis in seven years, I didn't want this to be the first one. So with that said, we'll move with haste and just get stuck into the performance side of things to see what exactly is going on with the latest driver set from AMD - the Catalyst 11.12. Quickly before we do that, though, we need to check out the release notes.

Description
As we're rolling towards the second half of August, we saw the other day that AMD released its Catalyst 11.8 driver suite a bit quicker than when I initially thought it would be. To be honest, though, if you think about the fact that when we saw the release of the WHQL 11.7 driver suite we also saw the beta preview of the 11.8s, AMD no doubt were getting close to having the 11.8s ready, so again, the fact that they're a little earlier than normal doesn't come as too much of a surprise.

Description
Talk about cutting it fine this month. Literally just days before the end of the month, AMD finally release the latest Catalyst driver release. The worst thing is, like me, most people probably don't really care about it as just a few days earlier a pre-release 11.10 driver came out which brought with it a focus on Battlefield 3.

If we look back to the 11.12 release that made its way to us just before December came to an end, it was one we said to skip, instead we suggested that you skipped the official WHQL driver and jumped onto the 12.1 preview that was released at the same time.
This release sees a similar kind of setup when it comes to the release schedule. Outside of the new WHQL 12.1 driver we're going to be looking at today, AMD have also released a Catalyst 12.2 preview driver.

If you’re like me, then you rarely actually shut down your computer. Even though I have fast RAIDed SSDs that can cold-boot Windows in less than 20 seconds, I always have lots of tasks open at once to get my work done. It would be a severe pain to have to re-open all of my Excel spreadsheets, notes, graphic files, and web pages back to the state that I had them the day before, so I usually just put my PC to sleep.

Description
Since my recent adoption of the Android platform, I have noticed many little things that drive me crazy about the OS. I am by no means an Apple Fan Boy, but when compared to IOS... there are just so many things that need to be refined. Some are very important to fix quickly, and some are just annoyances. For me, today, it was an annoyance. My calendar is important to me, it keeps me on track and on time. However, Android is determined to annoy me with its weird behavior and likes to auto populate my calendar with many of the same events, duplicating them, when syncing. Now how do I clear all these events?
