Boot up Performance comparsion

Booting Linux X25-E

Booting Linux HDD

Linux boots nearly twice as fast on a SSD than on a standard HDD. Also the speed felt by working with the SSD cannot be compared to a normal hard drive.

Booting Windows SSD

Booting Windows HDD

With Windows XP it is about the same as under Linux. Windows boots twice as fast and the speed felt by working with the system is simply stunning.
