Only works with DDR3 R7 240 and R7 250 GPUs

AMD's Kaveri APUs have now been officially launched and while we already had a chance to see some performance numbers there was little to none talk regarding Dual Graphics feature. Apparently, judging from a report from Wccftech.com, it appears that Dual Graphics actually

All we need are some reviews

AMD has now officially lifted the NDA veil off its 4th generation A-Series Kaveri desktop APUs based on Steamroller CPU, Graphics CoreNext 2.0 GPU architectures and 28nm manufacturing process. Coming in Q1 2014

During the press meeting at Consumer Electronics Show 2014 in Las Vegas, AMD also revealed and shed some more details regarding the upcoming Catalyst 14.1 Beta driver pack which will include Mantle and TrueAudio runtimes. Scheduled to launch sometime later this month, according to AMD promise, the new driver promises some impressive performance improvements thanks to the Mantle API as well as TrueAudio with positional audio DSP in order to make the sound in games just a bit more realistic.

When compared to DirectX 11

AMD Mantle might be easily the next big thing when it comes to PC gaming and according to what AMD has been saying at Consumer Electronics Show 2014 in Las Vegas, the Mantle could bring up to 45 percent performance improvement for Radeon users in Battlefield 4 when compared to DirectX 11.

Next to their official announcement of the new Kaveri APUs AMD also showed quite an impressive reference platform for a nano PC, which is based on their Mullins APU.

10 to 20 percent faster than A10-6800K in gaming

Although AMD officially launched the new Kaveri APUs with A10-7850K flagship, most information regarding the performance, other than what we had a chance to see in AMD slides, is held off until 14th of January, when the NDA for Kaveri APUs will be lifted. Thankfully, we now have some first performance preview numbers from PugetSystems.com comparing the flagship Kaveri APU with A10-6800K and Intel's Core i5-4430 CPU.
