Nvidia officially launched the GTX 780

As expected and rumored earlier, Nvidia has unveiled its newest member of the Geforce graphics card lineup, the Geforce GTX 780. Based on a version of the 28nm GK110 GPU, the GTX 780 is pretty much a cheaper GTX Titan that will fill the gap that Nvidia and for that matter AMD as well, have between the GTX 680 and the GTX Titan/GTX 690 dual-GPU graphics cards.

In addition to Richland and Kabini mobile APU lineup, AMD also shed some details on its Temash APUs that will be a part of AMD's 2013 Elite Mobility APU platform, that will aim at small form-factor notebooks, tablets and 13-inch and below hybrids.

In addition to the Richland and Temash APUs, AMD also announced its new Kabini APUs that will be known as the 2013 AMD Mainstream APU platform. The Kabini APUs will be a part of both A-Series and E-Series of AMD's future lineup and will be based on either two or four "Jaguar" x86 CPU cores combined with GCN-based AMD Radeon HD 8000 series graphics part.
